The usual development path for professional footballers everywhere in the world is to rise through the youth ranks of a Club, being developed by Club coaches, targeting that the players will either 1) progress to the Club’s senior team or 2) be sold to another Club.
It is recognized that the football “ecosystems” with the highest technology and values, which are the most desirable to young players, are the football Clubs in Europe.
By FIFA and national FA regulations, and by visa requirements, these “international” opportunities are very limited. Until now, it has been difficult for an amateur footballer of any age, young or “old”, to be able to play Club football in a country other than his home country, especially in Europe.
One of the most critical steps in our process is the legal acquisition of residence. This is a formality but is a key component in getting FIGC (and UEFA) approval to play in the leagues in Europe. Every FA (including your own national association) has a similar regulation. Knowing how to get this approval makes our program very special. We have designed a program which makes it possible to comply with all of the regulations, and make the “dream” become reality.
The Objective of our Program is to Place Our Players in An Entry-Level European Club So That They Can Build Their Career
We introduce young non-EU players into Clubs in Italy in order to build on their training, their experience and their potential. These players need exposure to European-style matches at a Federation Club level (not at a soccer school). The players can only get this experience at a Club in Europe.
This is the ultimate factor to the final development of a player in the transition from his/her home country to Europe.
A primary obstacle for non-EU players is to gain entry to a Club in Europe which can provide the experience at the player’s level and also take an interest in the player’s development.
This is the most unique element of our program: we can get the access to the proper level Clubs for our players.
