We Place Our Players in an Entry-Level Club in Europe So That They Can Build Their Career
The focus of our program is to identify “players of interest”, potentially valuable assets, without any financial risk to a Club. The Clubs get new players, and the players get the opportunity they desire, to break into a football career in Europe.
Our Objective is to give football players who do not possess residency in the European Union (EU) the opportunity to further their football career through entry into the ranks of a Club affiliated with a major football federation under UEFA, specifically in Italy under FIGC. These Clubs usually only have a limited number of positions (2 or 3) in which they can register non-EU residents for each team, including Serie A teams. As such, it is very difficult for the Club to justify the expense of self-locating potential non-resident players with the development potential of raising the standard of the Club.
We introduce young non-EU players into Clubs in Italy in order to build on their training, their experience and their potential. Successful players need exposure to European-style matches at a Federation Club level (not at a soccer school). The players can only get this experience in Europe. This is the critical factor to the final development of a player in his career transition to Europe.
The main obstacle for non-EU players to gain entry to a Club in Europe which can provide the experience at the player’s level and also take an interest in the player’s development is their lack of EU residency. We resolve this issue for them. But the most unique element of our program is that we can also have access to appropriate-level Clubs for our players.
