Why you need us

Our Objective is to give non-EU citizens a chance to play Club football in Europe. With a limit of 2-3 non-EU players for each team, it is very difficult for the Club to justify the expense of self-locating potential non-resident players with the development potential of raising the standard of the Club. We identify “players of interest”, potentially valuable assets, without any risk to the Club.

We work directly with Club owners and senior management who focus on the big picture, rather than Technical staff who focus on team performance and singular positions. Their objectives are not the same.

WHAT WE DO

We represent the interests of many Clubs to assist them in identifying new players to develop. Our job is to look “outside the box”.

Coaches and technical staff, by the nature of their role, must focus on the short term needs and results of the Club. These are the people who oversee “trials”, but they only look for a limited number of a specific type of player. So “trials” have a low probability of success for the individual player.

We directly liaise/interact with the Senior Management and Owners of more than 30 FIGC Clubs who take a long-term development view of young players.

THE BOTTOM LINE

We are very different. We are not a soccer school.We do not run “trials” and are limited to no more than 6 players for each program.

In Europe, there are more football possibilities, bigger rewards, respect for your abilities, access to more life opportunities

People tell you that you must be recognized, you must pass a trial, and you need a lot of luck…but it’s only true if you don’t have a connection.
