Why Don’t We Just Invite the Top National Youth Players?
Our Program is for ALL Players (14-23 Years) Who Want to Play in Europe
What does it take to be a successful player? Talent identification is holistic rather than a separate evaluation of isolated factors and skills. Limited viewings in a trial match or a training session are not sufficiently inclusive and can be misleading. A “strong player” could be mistaken as a “complete player”, and the “complete player” could be overlooked.
Our program is broken into 2 phases to recognize your decision-making process. In Phase I, while our Technical Director determines your current level and your immediate potential, you are determining if this life is for you. In Phase I, you begin to understand what it means to be a footballer; how much effort is involved, and do you really want it. For Phase 2, you now know where you will start and your path will be mapped out. And once you know this, you can then decide about the investment required to make happen.
We believe in this multiple-stage process starting with the initial inquiry, to the response to the invitation, and throughout the entire development process. Initial interviews and a performance review are followed by observations under stress in match settings. The observation process is not just football but also includes physiological, anthropometrical, social and psychological attributes. As Pep Guardiola says, the successful player is 30% what he does on the pitch and 70% how he acts off the pitch.
But, despite suggestions to introduce a fully objective procedure based on modern evaluation technologies, there is also strong support for the belief that there is a critical place for the coach’s subjective notion of the player. We blend all of these processes through highly experienced technical professionals observing and evaluating the players in order to decide the best place for you to start your professional career in European football.
The fairy-tale of a Club coming and offering big bucks to join is as real as Cinderella’s carriage. Alternatively, hard-work and commitment can easily pay off, but only if you are in the system. And this is what we do – we get you into the European system.
